In House Manager Responsibilities
Attend the Official Draft:
Contact drafted players/parents within three days of draft:
Attend the mandatory manager and umpire meeting:
Read the RMSBO rule book provided to you:
Abide by all rules and guidelines of the RMSBO:
Distribute all RMSBO paperwork and team related info to each family on team:
Pick up equipment bag on scheduled date:
Pick up and pass out uniforms:
Administer the Fund Raising for your team and turn in the money on required date
Organize team for Picture Day:
Organize team for Opening Day:
Check the Important Dates for upcoming events:
Distribute a copy of the game and practice schedule to players:
Arrive at scheduled game location 30 minutes prior to game time:
Direct questions to your age appropriate Commissioner all emails are listed
Inform players of Play-off dates:
Help before, during, and/or after RMSBO Picnic:
Return cleaned equipment bag and keys on specified date:
Return player ratings to your Commissioner no later than August 1st:
